zcc777 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, cashback, or other incentive offered by zcc777 to Players, subject to specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and payment method verification process required at the discretion of zcc777, including prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — account-level features including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, available to all registered Players.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a zcc777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and email address.
• You have not previously had a zcc777 Account suspended or permanently closed for breaches of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order on the Platform at the time of registration.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not registering as a nominee or agent for any other person or entity.

zcc777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Each individual Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, device, payment method, IP address, or other means — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each Player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share, disclose, or allow any third party to access your Account at any time.

You must notify zcc777 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you have reason to believe your Account credentials have been compromised, disclosed to a third party, or accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received and acted upon, zcc777 cannot be held liable for any activity conducted on your Account.

• You are responsible for all transactions, bets, and activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must ensure your Account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered Pakistan mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be updated promptly via Account settings.
• You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow another person to operate your zcc777 Account under any circumstances.
• zcc777 may at its discretion request additional identity or payment verification documents at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including at registration, at any withdrawal request, or if unusual activity is detected.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your zcc777 Account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zcc777 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast instant payment.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. zcc777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmation of the payment from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method — Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit instantly; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• Deposit funds may only be used for genuine gaming activity on the Platform. Any attempt to use the deposit and withdrawal mechanism for money transmission, currency exchange, or any non-gaming purpose is prohibited.
• zcc777 reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits where required by responsible gaming obligations or internal risk management procedures.

zcc777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by the Player's payment provider are outside zcc777's control and are not the responsibility of zcc777.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Players may request withdrawal of their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same Pakistan payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to another verified method registered in the Player's name.

Before processing any withdrawal, zcc777 may require the Player to complete KYC verification. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet showing account holder name and number).
• Proof of Pakistan residential address where requested (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days).

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC documentation is verified to zcc777's satisfaction. zcc777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within minutes of approval and bank transfer requests within the same business day, but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. No withdrawal fees are charged by zcc777.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

zcc777 offers various promotional offers to Pakistan players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, HBL PSL cricket specials, and jackpot slot promotions. All bonuses and promotions are governed by their individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to the Player's Bonus balance, held separately from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements stipulate the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered in eligible games before bonus funds and associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may only be claimed once per Player unless stated otherwise. Eligibility is determined at zcc777's sole discretion.
• zcc777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or providing false information at registration.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that remain unmet at the expiry date are forfeited automatically.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The zcc777 Platform provides access to sports betting (including T20 cricket and HBL Pakistan Super League markets), live casino products, jackpot slots, cockfighting, and other gaming categories. Each product category is governed by its own specific game and betting rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Sports Betting: All cricket and sports bets placed on zcc777 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement. Where a match is abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's rules, bets will be settled according to those rules (typically void and refunded at the original stake in PKR).
• Live Casino: Live casino game results are determined by the dealer and dealt cards or physical outcomes in real time. All results are final upon completion of the hand or spin. Connection issues on the Player's end do not affect game outcomes or entitle the Player to a void or refund.
• Jackpot Slots & RNG Games: All slot and digital table game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. zcc777 does not interfere with or influence RNG outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are available on request and/or within the game's information section.
• Cockfighting: Cockfighting results are determined by licensed arena officials in the country of origin. zcc777 does not control arena outcomes. Results are final once published by the arena and reflected in the Platform.
• zcc777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, data feed malfunction, or manifest error is identified. In such cases, the Player's original stake in PKR will be returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any game or promotion.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to achieve outcomes that unfairly advantage one or more parties at the expense of others.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform to obtain credits, winnings, or bonuses that would not otherwise be available.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. zcc777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to charge-back or reverse deposits after using the funds for gaming activity on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that zcc777 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other Players, zcc777 staff, or the Platform's integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zcc777 Platform — including but not limited to the zcc777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of zcc777 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zcc777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

zcc777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of the Player's total deposits to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• zcc777 is not liable for internet connectivity failures, mobile data interruptions, or device malfunctions on the Player's end that affect access to or use of the Platform.
• zcc777 is not liable for any loss arising from Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or circumstances beyond zcc777's reasonable control.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

zcc777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. All gaming on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. Problem gambling is a recognised health concern, and zcc777 takes its duty of care to Players seriously.

The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all registered Players at all times from within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data provided at registration (name, Pakistan mobile number, email address, date of birth), financial transaction data, game activity data, and device and session data. zcc777 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Account Termination

Players may request closure of their zcc777 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification and subject to no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

zcc777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to retain or forfeit associated balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent identity, payment, or personal information.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 8.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• Where zcc777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

zcc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. Players will be notified of material changes via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of login.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as set out in Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zcc777 is licensed and operated.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zcc777 regarding any aspect of the Platform, game outcome, balance, or these Terms, the Player should contact the zcc777 support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. zcc777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within a reasonable period. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified in the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
